DWT UK LTD provides property maintenance, refurbishment, roofing, scaffolding, flooring and windows and doors services. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or contract. A quote or estimate does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing by both parties.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by DWT UK LTD are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on information provided at the time of assessment and may be subject to change if the scope of works changes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as set out in the individual contract or invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Liability

DWT UK LTD carries appropriate public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from our services or any failure to provide services.

6. Warranties

We warrant that all work will be carried out to a professional standard using suitable materials. Any defects arising from our workmanship, reported within 12 months of completion, will be rectified at our cost, subject to inspection.
